Our WPForms inquiry form is configured not to retain form entries in the WordPress database. Its Lite Connect remote entry backup feature is disabled.
Inquiries are handled through our business email. Email messages and related correspondence may remain in that email service while we handle your request and related business matters. The form settings above do not mean that email, chat or technical service records are never stored.
Online chat
Our online chat is provided by Tawk. When you use it, your messages and related technical information are processed by that service to provide chat and support. Chat history may be stored in the chat service and accessed by our authorized team.
