1. Are you a manufacturer or reseller?
BEIKAER combines manufacturing and overseas sales. Our main own production lines are in Jiangyin, and we also use contracted production lines at partner factories in Guangdong to support supply. Our factory experience spans 18 years; BEIKAER was established in 2022 to focus on overseas sales.
2. How long does dispatch take, and how is shipping arranged?
Standard products normally dispatch within seven days. Larger non-custom orders depend on the model and quantity and are usually dispatched within 15 days. Dispatch is separate from international transit and customs clearance. Shipping options, freight and estimated delivery times are confirmed in your quotation for the chosen products and destination.
3. What is your return policy?
The applicable return conditions and return-freight arrangements are those confirmed for your order. Please contact our team before sending goods back so we can review your request and provide shipping instructions in line with the agreed sales terms and any applicable legal rights.
4. Can we become a distributor or private-label partner?
We welcome inquiries from distributors, installers and private-label brands worldwide. OEM and private-label options are available. Tell us your market, product requirements and expected quantities so we can discuss suitable products and partnership terms.
5. What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard films have no minimum order quantity. Selected premium PPF options, including Lubrizol-based films, require a minimum of 50 rolls. Custom packaging boxes have a separate minimum of 500 boxes. Confirm the chosen model and packaging requirements before ordering.
6. Are product samples free?
Samples are free. You initially pay the sample shipping cost, which is refunded on a later order. Contact us with the products you want to evaluate and your destination so we can arrange the sample request and confirm freight.
7. How long is the PPF warranty?
Warranty depends on the selected base film and model. Standard base grades offer 4–6 years, while premium grades offer 8–10 years. Please confirm the exact coverage, conditions and claim process for your chosen PPF model.
8. Which TPU base-film and coating options are available?
Selected TPU base-film options include Miracll, Wanhua, Covestro and Lubrizol. Confirm availability and MOQ for your chosen model. LM150SG-EH uses an embedded coating approach designed to improve the durability of hydrophobic, self-healing and anti-yellowing functions. This technology is model-specific; ask our team for specifications and available supporting information.
